Our Hearts Are With London and Somerset, KY

Our hearts are heavy with our southern and eastern Kentucky communities as our region faces the aftermath of deadly tornadoes that struck London, Somerset, and the surrounding areas. The All Access EKY team shares deep sorrow and concern for the people whose homes, lives, and communities have been shaken by this disaster.

To those affected, we extend our most sincere condolences. We see your pain. We grieve with you. And we stand beside you in unwavering solidarity.

We are devastated to witness the loss and destruction that has swept across these communities. Tornadoes have uprooted homes, disrupted lives, and tragically taken loved ones. In times like these, we are reminded of the deep strength and resilience of our region—and of the urgent need to care for and protect one another.

AAEKY is committed to showing up for individuals, families, and communities across EKY not just in moments of crisis, but every day. We are actively working with local partners and grassroots mutual aid groups to support both immediate recovery and long-term care.

We also know that in times of disaster, reproductive and sexual health needs do not pause. If you or someone you know is experiencing challenges accessing care during this time, please don’t hesitate to reach out. For confidential support or connection to resources, contact kyla@appolshop.org
